My Latest Trip

Hi folks, I have named my blog What ever do it Right.. But I don't even know am I doing it Right??? So you guys have to tell me that.

My Recent visit is Lonavala, which is nearly 80 kilometers from main Pune City, on the way to Mumbai.  Lonavala is a small town u can say, which has lots of Resorts and few places to visit.  I observed that lot of sweet stalls were there, where CHIKKI is special (Well i really dont know what is chikki!! :) )The places to visit in Lonavala are Bhusi Dam, Lions' Gate and Aamby valley City.

First I have reached Bhusi dam (How i reached is a different story). Being new to pune and not knowing Marathi and Hindi is quite difficult to survive, take it from me. So my personal advice to tamil people is to learn Hindi ).  We asked some shop keeper how to reach that dam he said in partial Hindi that "right maar and right maar" twice. I can understand only that much, so we took right from the main Highway and then again one right from a statue, we had no option so we took right coz no one knew English there.  Thank God, we took the right right turn (ha ha) and asked one guy who spoke butler English and confirmed we are on the correct path.

There is nothing special in that Bhusi dam guys, they have stored some water caused by rain not even from river.  I know what u guys can feel, I also felt the same way :).  Before Bhusi dam there was a reservoir, which was built for Tata Electricals, so we didnt look at that place.  The special thing about Bhusi dam is even though all knew there is nothing there, still people are coming there to look at that place.

Next is Lions' Gate which is near Aamby Valley. Lions' Gate what to say, I guess most of us could have went to some Hill stations and could have seen some View Points, and Lions' Gate is one among them. But i'm sure that this Valley is very deeper than what i've seen in my TamilNadu.   Special thing is U can go for Camel Ride in this place.

There is no place to visit in Lonavala except Aamby valley city. First I thought who will live in this deserted place (truly speaking it is right on the top of that Hill) But after looking at its features and infrastructure, I thought yeah its true that People can live  here. That city is only for Rich People ( I should mention it).

I need to tell you about this City. If u live in this city, you dont have to go anywhere for anything. If you dont believe me have a look at this link http://www.aambyvalleycity.com/ . It has its own Airport, Football Stadium, Cricket Stadium even schools and Colleges. This City has been constructed and maintained by SAHARA International. U know what is cost of a single flat there? Its One Crore guys. I heard that Sahara has shown their flats to big shots like Sachin, Amitabh and they are ready to Buy it. Outside that City I saw a Bum coming in some open space Gypsy and I thought what this guy is doing over here wasting this much of Fuel with this Vehicle(really people that vehicle was throwing out lots of smoke) and that Guy entered into that city. I felt ok this is how people should be in here.

And finally we decided to end our trip. I returned to my Room and now I agree with Rajnis' words from Shivaji film "Rich get Richer and Poor gets Poorer" (who knows even rajni might buy a flat there). Why because right outside the City I can see people without houses specially tribes of that place. But as a whole that city was amazing and I really enjoyed my Ride to the Hill Station after a very long time.
